The twice a week frequency deepens and pressurizes the container, quickening the insight and change process.
This option is the most effective for uncovering the relational templates and patterns that operate outside of your awareness. It’s a little like “deep ocean diving.” Those aspects of self that are scary, obscured, and lurking beneath often get illuminated quickly.
Ideal for those who have already been doing this work for some time and have a stable understanding and agency in this terrain.
